Pyramid of fruits on the Place de l'Horloge

Pyramid of fruits and vegetables built for the day on the "Place de l'Horloge" in front of the Town Hall. We could discover everything's growing in the area and makes the gastronomical reputation like the "melon of Cavaillon" who's already on the markets, the "strawberries of Carpentras", irresistible and everyone were attract by this perfume, cherries to taste dice now and invading day after day the stalls of the merchants and soon "apricots of Roussillon", peaches, almonds and always, "olives of Nyons" or from the Beaux-de-Provence. That good things which greediness invites to taste, to regale ourself at a good table of a "grand chef" as there are in Avignon.
