The crushing Palais des Papes under a crushing heat

Devant l'immense masse de ce joyau de l'architecture gothique, édifié au XIV éme siècle, le Palais des Papes. Son écrasante beauté, admirée par de nombreux voyageurs, aujourd'hui dominée, peu après 14 h (midi solaire !) par le Soleil, glorieux et brûlant, inondant déjà la ville d'une écrasante chaleur.

In front of the immense mass of this jewel of the gothic architecture, built at the XIVth century, le Palais des Papes (Palace of the Popes). Its crushing beauty, admired by many travellers, dominated today, after 2 PM (solar midday !) by the Sun, glorious and burning, already flooding the town with a crushing heat.
