Between the Montagnette and the plain of the Rhone river, the old village of Boulbon

At the top of the hill where a mill faces the wind, overhanging the cultivated plain where the water snake of the Rhone shines, we can admire the Fort of Boulbon and the village who is spread at its feet. This one borders the "Montagnette", worthy by the beauty of its landscape, always wearing a green coat of "kermés" oak and pines. The old castle dominates this fertile valley and opens a way towards the scrubland which extends as far as the eye can see. Seizing beauty of an environment unceasingly crossed by the men on a side and forgotten, on the other side. Uncivilized nature and overcome culture. Dialogue of the men with the ground, the stone and the river traced in the history.
