When we take the Rue Peyrollerie,we goes along some very high and impressive southern walls of the great Palais des Papes, we could believe ourselves in a mountain, surrounded by the rocks, on a paving stone and dented way. Or in a infractuosity between two cliffs … the place is astonishing and with a very great beauty. Above, the Holy bell-tower of the church Saint Pierre, slips and rises in a blue sky washed by the violent winds who's blowing since several days, on both sides, the buildings imitate the stone and the rocks on who they clung, "inébranlables" and impregnable. Blue's catching the landscape and the stones face, continue their dialog since several hundred years. Light of Provence and houses raised in the forest of the rocks, the bell-towers and the towers.
